sautée chopped bok choy with garlic and radish, in sesame oil, finish with liquid Aminos and sesame seeds, along with roasted sweet potato boats, purple beans, red onion, watermelon radish, cut out flower shaped roasted golden and red beets, pom seeds, purslane, heirloom carrot, and edible flowers, on a bed of lettuce. Serve it with a garlicky mustard sauce. Toss the salad veggies in the sauce then load the sweet potato boats with it! #bestofvegan
