Current workout routine is 4 days of AMPED / Torch classes (HIIT training) at @studiothreechi with 2-3 days of spinning on the @pelotoncycle bikes, and on 7am workout days, I basically eat all the snacks (maple sea salt @rxbar today + coffee from @goddessgrocer) Productivity this week is 10/10 #nutritionhappens
