Found the very last local tomatoes today and some small squashes (Jack be Little, I think) and just had to use it. So I ovenroasted the two with some spices, served it with buckwheat cooked in home made stock and crumbled over cashew herbed feta. The cheese is a delicious recipe of a dear IG friend Tinna @myberryforest who is almost gonna be a mum for the third time. Only slightly adjusted the recipe by adding in herbes de provence, you can find it on her blog. Today is not a quince day, but I promise there will be a whole lot of it going on here!! #eattheseason #delicious #thisisfall
