Good morning
I hope you have a strong day today.
It doesn’t have to be “good” or “bad.” The best thing you can do for yourself is not to label things, situations or yourself. The goal in life is to be able to deal with fluctuations, changes, and even disasters without judgment or worry. Let things be. Because we will ALWAYS experience ups and downs, and most things are outside of our control. And that’s okay. You are safe, strong, and in control of how you react.
Today, I woke up feeling sick The old me would really be upset because of the lack of energy and lack of control I now have over my body. But, the key here is to love myself and take care of my body more than ever because it needs me. And I’m trying to enjoy the last few warm days before fall finally sets in, so there’s a plus
Be kind and patient to yourself — because you need it. And you DESERVE it.
