Here’s the cake I made for my beautiful friend and mama-to-be, @missashleydiana! The top layer was a banana cake and the bottom was a vanilla cake with a hint of lemon. Both cakes were frosted with vanilla buttercream, and filled with fresh strawberries. Not to mention, it was all vegan and gluten-free!!
I have so much fun creating new cakes and recipes. Brings me so much joy to see the smiles and to hear the “oooohs”s and “Mmmmm”s. That’s why I do what I do. #LoveMyJob
