Pomegranate overnight oats by @rhianamygdala
1 cup GF rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 TBSP maple syrup
2 TBSP almond butter
Blend the almond milk, maple syrup and almond butter in a high speed blender, mix with rolled oats and place in an airtight container. Allow to sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. When ready, transfer oats to a bowl and top with your favorite fruit. I used fresh strawberries and pomegranate seeds, desiccated coconut, cacao nibs and 1 TBSP carob powder. #bestofvegan
