It took a long time to build up those WHEELZ on the left. BUT, they are actually my weakness on stage. They overpower my upper body & steal the show. But when I turn around and hit my back pose it isn’t as impressive as the front.
Now the plan is actually to NOT hit my quads. I’m hitting hamstrings hard. But no lower body pushes are programmed in my lifts.
So while chicks are squatting trying to build their WHEELZ up, I’m actually hitting them less. Pic on the right is the reflection of me not hitting legs for 6 wks. I did light hamstring work Friday, but that’s it.
These quads ain’t goin no where. Lol.
