Really wanted bad food but Matt convinced me to be healthy. Had chicken (est 4oz), minute garlic butter rice, and green beans – with a glass and a half of Chardonnay turned out pretty good! Love TJs 21 seasoning salute btw on veggies – it’s so good! #myfitnesspal
