So I just spent a great deal of time going through other fitness gals pages looking for a fabulous video to share with you. Mine do not often get the “views” and “likes” that others do so I try to mix it up. It was however somewhat dishearten as I watched. I even ask myself at one point is this fitness? Modeling? And some of the “exercises” would in no way yield results but likely injure people like myself with back and neck issues. So with that being said I choose to just post my AT-Home shoulder workout from yesterday. It’s boring but that’s ok..it’s effective and for me was safe. Hope you find it useful. ❤️
