So, those of you with some #Ayurvedic wisdom know that we are

So, those of you with some #Ayurvedic wisdom know that we are in #vataseason, which means we should be eating foods that are 1) sweet 2) salty and 3) sour. Also, warm, cooked, unctuous foods are better than cold, raw, dry foods. And yet, so hot today! What’s a #pittavata gal to do? Make purple #sweetpotato #pudding of course! 1/2 avocado, 1/2 roasted purple sweet potato, spoonful of #nutbutter of your choice, a handful of #coconut flakes, big splash of vanilla and tons of #cinnamon and a small piece of #ginger. Add water and blend in the #nutribullet. Of course, wouldn’t be a good #veganrecipe without a #superfood so I added #cacaonibs on top. Warning: some Ayurvedic practitioners would say it’s not good to mix the sweet potato and nut butter and avocado, a veggie with a fruit and nut, but this concoction gave me such a #mouthgasm that I feel just fine about it! #livealittle #whatchagonnadowiththatdessert #pudding #veganfoodporn #purplefood #whatyogiseat #lickthebowl #doneanddone #goodnight #namaste
