Thank you all for the birthday love yesterday!! I felt so happy all day thanks to all of your kind messages, emails and comments, and I had four mini-cupcakes, a bowl of ice cream with a melted doughnut on top, and a glass of wine to celebrate. When I turned 25 (two years ago!) I had been on my fit journey for just a few weeks and was still unsure of my abilities. I thought my “Best Body” years were behind me. I had no idea that at 27, I would be the strongest, healthiest and happiest ME yet!
One of the greatest gifts I received yesterday was all of your #MBBtrial posts! I can’t fit everyone into a grid (I tried ), so this shoutout goes to ALL my #MBBtrial participants for making it through your first MBB workout (or second or third!), making every rep count, conquering your fears and doing your best. Whether you stepped into the weight room for the first time, tried a new exercise that took your outside of your comfort zone, or adapted #MBBtrial for home using your creativity, I am SO. PROUD. OF. YOU!

So… I’m gathering that the leg soreness is real today after #MBBtrial W1D1 My MBB closed trial girls will tell you that leg soreness is a weekly occurrence in the full program. Don’t feel discouraged if some of the exercises were harder than you thought they’d be. See that experience as an opportunity to RISE and GROW. You are an athlete, and with MBB, you will think like one! #MBB #mybestbody #mybrandofbeautiful
