The first course of our Preserve and Gather dinner created by @brushlandeating was a vesper board that left everyone speechless. Pickled peppers, cauliflower, carrots, green tomatoes, cucumbers, local cheeses, pickled deviled eggs, smoked trout, pickled mackerel, black radishes, pork relish, duck liver mousse, sopressata, parsley, and local bread perfectly exemplified the abundance of The Catskills.
