A couple of weekends ago in collaboration with @weloveourlamb and @feedupevents, I slow cooked a leg of lamb over 5 hours to create a beautiful sticky, jammy Italian ragu for an intimate Spring garden party for our family. It was quite easy to put together in a baking tray and I was struck by how beautiful the raw ingredients looked together. Like art!! Caring about growing and sourcing the best food has become such a norm, it is only but right to take a moment to admire its beauty and acknowledge the gratitude that comes with getting it.
