Acai bowls and soy lattes with my man this morning yes, I converted him to soy . Underneath all that purple goodness & coyo was the most delish granola everrrr – on that note – I just saw on the IQS Insta, that Sarah Wilson has come up with a ‘bacon granola’ recipe. Can someone please explain how 1) that could possibly taste good and 2) how that is considered ‘healthy’ because it doesn’t contain fructose/sugar? I’m all for cutting out processed white sugars – but honestly cannot understand how fruit or grains are worse for you than paleo bacon ? plz halp #confused #repulsed recipe.
