Argentinian Inspired Salad bowls, these bowls are made with a bed of kale, some baked butternut squash with some vegan butter and cilantro chutney, with a side of black beans, beet and chickpea salad, and a tomato and cucumber salad. I will update the recipe on my facebook page (link in the bio) some time tomorrow. Sometimes these recipes I make are bulk to last me a couple of days so that’s why I cannot fit all the ingredients and directions here on instagram. If you saw my insta stories I made this for some friends and they absolutely loved this salad bowl and best part about this you can make it into a burrito/wrap as well.
