Soaking releases the enzyme inhibitors on the nuts so that your body is able to fully digest them without the bloating or gas! If you ever noticed that you don’t feel right after a handful of almonds or cashews, it could just be because they weren’t previously soaked. \ I soak all of my nuts then usually coat them with some sort of flavoring. Sometimes salty, sometimes sweet, sometimes both! Then throw them in the dehydrator for about 12-24 hours and they become crunchy + delicious! And way more delectable knowing I won’t have any stomach pains or bloating! ️ try it out! I highly recommend a dehydrator for anyone.
