Cauliflower Tikka by @veggiekins
3/4 cup vegan yogurt
1/2 cup vegan milk
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sized piece of fresh ginger, minced
1 tablespoon of tandoori masala (if you have this available)
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon turmeric
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon of chili (optional, omit if you like it mild) .
Optional first step: toast your spices over low low heat in a nonstick pan just until aromatic. Combine all ingredients, and coat your cauliflower pieces in the sauce. I recommend dunking them into the sauce and letting sit for a little to absorb. Really rub it into the nooks and crannies too! Cook for 30 min at 375F, flipping halfway through. Cook for additional time to reach softness of cauliflower you prefer. Enjoy! #letscookvegan #entree
