My practice usually includes a lot of movement, bending, strength etc. i love the power i feel with it!
But this morning i only had 10 minutes so after getting some photos taken for a yoga challenge, i took a very slow practice.
No strength or flexibility. Just gentle asanas with a bit of stretching. The kind of practice this flu needs!
