Simple, delicious and totally guilt free, when you’re craving a chocolate fix but you still want to keep it healthy, make this chocolate chia pudding. You can thank me later. INGREDIENTS Chia pudding: 6 tbsp chia seeds 2 cups almond milk 1 tsp vanilla powder 1/2 cup fresh dates, pitted 2 heaped tbsp cocoa powder Cherry sauce: 1 cup cherries 1/2 cup fresh dates, pitted INSTRUCTIONS Whisk the chia seeds, vanilla and one cup of almond milk until the seeds have absorbed the liquid. Leave to sit for at least 20 minutes (a few hours or overnight is even better). Blend the cocoa, dates and rest of the almond milk until creamy, then add to the chia seed mixture and stir to combine. For the cherry sauce remove the cherry seeds and add to the blender with dates and blend. Layer the chia pudding with sliced banana, then pour on the cherry sauce.
