Coconut Beet Popsicles with Chocolate Drizzle – hot nights – late night cravings!
This hot weather makes this Chocolate Donut flavored popsicle that much more perfect ‼️
1 can full fat coconut milk
2 beets, juiced or 1 1/2 cups beet juice
2 tbsp honey
1 bar dark chocolate (about 2.75 oz)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp FlavorGod Chocolate Donut
pinch sea salte
Popsicle: Heat coconut milk and honey over medium heat until honey is melted. Let cool. Stir in beet juice and pour into popsicle molds and place in freezer. After about an hour, add popsicle sticks. Freeze for about 4-5 hours total.
Chocolate sauce: Melt chocolate, coconut oil, sea salt and FlavorGod chocolate donut over a double boiler whisking to combine.
Drizzle chocolate sauce over popsicles and sprinkle with more chocolate donut seasoning!
