Dinner LOTS of veggies and protein! I had my husband grill chicken last night before he left for a business trip so I had that plus leftover asparagus and steamed broccoli. PLUS, I made butternut squash soup! I had lots of people DM me for the recipe so you can find it under #elysesbutternutsquashsoup but this is NOT my recipe, it’s @gimmesomeoven but I figured it would be an easy place to find it under that hashtag. I did, however, forgot to add in the coconut milk. It tasted good, but definitely must remember that step next time! #ontrackoctober
