Do you ever feel like you workout and NEVER see change?!?! That was so me the beginning of this year! I showed up every day, but just wasn’t seeing any change. In January I decided to grab this year by the ⚾️’s!!!! .
I wanted to share with you these 2 moves as they truly work…form over quantity though! .
✅Sumo squat into lateral lunges NOT coming all the way up!.
✅Hip thrusts on the ball but grab a weight & take one leg out!.
Both of these movements are beyond epic as they work the booty, hamstrings and inner, outer thigh!
