Double chocolate buckwheat porridge smoothie. That’s how to slurp all day long, ’cause chocolate is involved
What you need:
1 banana
1 cup sprouted buckwheat(@purya.superfoods)
1 1/4 cup oatmilk
1/2 cup maple water(or use coconut water)
2 tbsp coconut blossom syrup
2 tsp chocolate powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Put them all together in a blender and mix until creamy!
