Rice paper rolls stuffed with tamari baked tofu, grated carrot, cucumber + spinach I also made a satay sauce for dipping, just mix together peanut butter with tamari & water? These are SO refreshing I reckon I could eat 50 of them Happppy belly = Happy Evs I’m going to make these again tomorrow for lunch!!
