Food Prep! Did you know you’re 100x more likely to chose the healthy option if it’s prepped, esthetically pleasing, and in eyes view? vs I made that statistic up but I guarantee it’s true… ;) Anyone prep their food? The best thing that works for me is spending a few minutes washing & chopping and placing in clear glass containers in the refrigerator at eye level so it’s the first thing you see! It makes the world of difference when trying to stay on track of your health goals! 10 min of prep could change 4 days worth of choices oh ya and usually we make a big pot of something like quinoa, rice, and black beans, for easy burritos etc too!
