Here you go. 70g rolled oats 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1/2 ripe banana 120ml almond milk 1 date 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp sunflower seeds 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds 70g frozen raspberries @organicburst baobab Beside oats they are healthy fatty acids sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds in it which are soaked over night also.
