Good morning How’s everyone’s week going? I felt really unwell last night, felt really sick and shivery really hope I’m not getting something Although I’m feeling better this morning so fingers crossed. So from Thursday night till Saturday night I was completely off plan, made some bad but yummy choices. Really hoping I’ve pulled it back for a maintain this week I’d be chuffed with that. I’ve got a wedding in 4 weeks and really don’t want to be gaining during that time. So maintains or teeny losses in the next few weeks please haha! Roll on the tiger bread
