Good morning!! I realised last night as I went to make my overnight oats that I ran out of almond milk it was too late to start running the blender to make some ( I’m already unpopular with the neighbours for that) so instead I used my hubby’s soy milk which I not so keen on I’m on the fence about soy because you hear so many bad things about it. I need to educate myself better on the subject so I can make a decision wether to include it in my diet or not. Would love to hear your views! Do you use soy? What are your reasons? Comment below!???? I topped my oats with strawberry banana raspberries, mulberries and pumpkin seeds. Have a lovely day recipe.
