High protein breakfast from earlier
6 egg whites
3 oz pre-cooked, lean chicken breast
2 cups baby spinach
I simply scrambled the eggs with the spinach and coconut oil spray, threw the chicken in to heat up with the eggs, and seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
