I used to be sooo into “healthy” foods but in the last Recipe

I used to be sooo into “healthy” foods but in the last few years I’ve been really concentrating on listening to my body rye bread and dense “healthy” bread would never sit well with my stomach but I kept eating it because I thought it was healthier! so happy I welcomed white sourdough back into my life (ps sourdough is still heaps better for ya than plain white bread!) Today I had avocado, hummus, tomato, lemon juice, salt and pepper on toast for lunch and it was the best lunch I’ve had in ages!
