If I told you I ate 3 bowls of Oats yesterday, would you judge me?? (Not consecutively I’d like to add- throughout the day). It all started with this beaut of a bowl at 6am. Prepped the night before, toppings et al, I felt smug to say the least. Overnight Vanilla & Cinnamon Protein Oats topped with Strawberries, Blueberries, @wyldsson Pecan mix and a swirl of Smooth PB I made my usual Overnight Oats recipe with the addition of 1 scoop of @naturalwheyco Vanilla Ice Cream Whey & some cinnamon. RECIPE – 1/2 Cup Oats – 1 tbsp @fage_uk 0% yoghurt – 1 scoop @naturalwheyco Vanilla whey – Cinnamon to taste – 180ml Unsweetened Almond Milk Mix together in a bowl or sealable container. Add toppings! Leave in the fridge for minimum 4 hours, ideally leave overnight. Get out the fridge, brew yourself some tea and enjoy! Gotta say, I’m really enjoying this Whey with oats.
