Good morning! This beast is a chocolate chia pudd and coconut cashew parfait with warm chocolate sauce and topped with “rawnola” and chocolate bliss balls. Basically chocolate heaven .
I just want to say a big thank you to @vegan_straws for featuring my raspberry chia pudd bowl and @bestofvegan for featuring my caramel cheesecake yesterday The recipe is now up ❤️.
1/2 cup of soaked cashews
1 cup of coconut milk
1 Tbs coconut shreds
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Blend until thick and creamy.
Chocolate chia pudd;
1/4 cup of whole chia seed
1 cup of almond or hazelnut milk
2 tbs raw cacao powder
1-2 tbs maple syrup depending how sweet you like it
Mix all ingredients well in a jar no give it a good shake ( with lid on obvs ) and leave to stand for 1-3 hours or until desired consistency. Stir as often as possible in that time to avoid clumping.
Warm chocolate sauce is simply equal parts ( I used 2 Tbs each but double up if you want more ) raw cacao powder, coconut oil, maple syrup and 1/4 tsp vanilla. Gently warm together in a bowl over boiling water until you have a nice silky chocolate consistency.
