I’m now trying to focus even more on eating whole foods!
Once you stray away and try out a few packaged or processed foods, it can become a spiral effect that leads you to trying more processed foods I found I was eating more white rice, pasta, and a few other things that really don’t make me feel the best. So now I’m back on the whole foods bandwagon
This was my first time trying out red rice… and it’s deeelicious
