I’m really excited to show you these nuggets, because I’ve come to a point in my life where I can actually e n j o y eating.
I’ve practiced for over 2 years to get to a place where I no longer worry about how many calories or macros is in a meal. I don’t focus on making sure I didn’t eat “too much” today.
It’s truly possible to let go of feeling the need to know everything about what you’re doing, eating, and or what’s going to happen to your body.
It doesn’t serve us well, in any way, shape or form, to feel like we MUST control our food intake, our workouts, or our bodies.
Recovery isn’t about just eating a bunch of nuggets and fries and not caring.
It’s about letting go of the need to control everything.
