I’m really excited to show you these nuggets, because this shows that we c a n come to a point in our lives where we can actually e n j o y eating.
I’ve practiced for over 2 years to finally no longer worry about how many calories or macros is in a meal. I don’t focus on making sure I didn’t eat “too much” today.
It’s truly possible to let go of feeling the need to know everything about what you’re doing, eating, and or what’s going to happen to your body.
It doesn’t serve us well, in any way, shape or form, to feel like we MUST control our food intake, our workouts, or our bodies.
Of course, recovery isn’t about just eating a bunch and not caring.
It’s about •letting go• of the need to control everything.
