Just finished a 60 minute run on this Anti-Gravity Treadmill! Oh my goodness you guys – my first time trying it today! Mind blown! It was designed by @nasa and its helpful for people who want to be able to do cardio without feeling the pressure on the body, especially the knees and joints! I had weight control set at 70% meaning 30% of my weight load was lifted so was able to run longer, faster and not feel pressure on my body, but still getting the cardiovascular benefits If you haven’t been able to run or walk on a treadmill this gives much hope! Also fantastic for people with joint issues, sprained ankles, you can continue your fitness without hurting yourself. Overweight and obese people who haven’t exercised for years have been able to use this machine and get exercise.
