Just finished a late night workout and the post gym munchies are real Oh what we would give to have our Rockin’ Buddha Bowl right meow Sending love and good vibrations everybun’s way to cap off their weekend ✌️ Hoppy Sunday ☀️
Ingredients
1 tbs of vegan Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp of paprika
1/4 tsp of cumin
1/4 tsp of chili powder
Sprinkle of black pepper
1 tbs of filtered water
2 cups of sliced baby bella mushrooms
1 cup of white quinoa
1 cup of spring mix
1 cup of blanched broccoli
1 beet shredded
1 carrot spiralized
1/2 cup of baby yellow/orange tomatoes
1 tbs of hemp seeds
Directions
1. In a large bowl combine first seven ingredients and stir well with a fork. Add mushrooms and stir until all mushrooms are well coated in marinade and set aside.
2. In a medium sized pot bring water to a boil and cook quinoa until fluffed. When quinoa is ready drain and rinse with cool water through a strainer. Place quinoa onto dish of choice.
3. In a large pan on medium heat add mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes. When mushrooms are ready remove from heat. Add spring mix onto dish followed by mushrooms.
4. Next add broccoli, beet, carrot, and hemp seeds. Garnish with sriracha sauce and enjoy! #bunnyapproved
