Just WOW Vanilla Chai Carrot Cake Baked Oats!!!! And getting to go in to work at 10am instead of 8 meant that I got to actually enjoy every bite of this amazing creation ? happy Friday to you all! 1/2c @bobsredmill organic extra thick rolled oats 1 scoop @thenaturalcitizen organic digest 1/3c @bobsredmill chai protein powder with probiotics 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/2c grated {or in my case with no grater, spiralized & chopped} carrot 2 tbsp crushed pecans 1 tbsp @salbachia chia seeds 1 tsp @gaiaherbs vanilla chai maca boost 1 tsp baking powder 3/4c unsweetened almond milk Directions • mix all ingredients together in a bowl then transfer to baking dish. Bake in the oven at 350℉ for 35 minutes. All the little extras I add like organic digest, maca powder, etc. to my oats are all optional and give added nutrients. You can make this recipe with only the essentials if desired– oats, chai protein {or regular protein with chai spices}, cinnamon, carrot, baking powder, almond milk, pecans and it’ll still come out great! recipe.
