Just wrapped up my first day with the family i am staying with. For dinner we had my salmon patties and some ceviche made with cauliflower. Then we headed to the grocery store and I made here 2 kinds of cashew milk: one with cinnamon and vanilla extractgreat in coffee, and a chocolate cashew milk, with some added protein powder in it since her kids barely get any protein in their diets. Her son loves chocolateso for breakfast I am making chocolate protein pancakes. I also made him my fudge pops that I posted yesterday the day was super busy, but was a blast!
