This dish Features my @flavorgod Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn, Garlic Lovers and Everything seasonings, plus bacon from @5280meat! – INGREDIENTS: 4 slices of thick bacon, fried and chopped 1/2 medium onion, diced 1/3 cup red and green bell peppers, chopped 4 oz sliced mushrooms 1 cup fresh spinach 1/3 cup grape tomatoes, sliced @flavorgod Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn @flavorgod Garlic Lovers @flavorgod Everything 6 eggs 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk (or whole milk) 1 avocado, sliced – INSTRUCTIONS: In a 10-inch non-stick oven-proof skillet, cook bacon and set strips aside. – Keep 2 Tbsp of bacon fat in skillet and sauté onion and peppers for 3-4 minutes over medium high heat. – Next add mushrooms and a healthy dash of each #Flavor God seasoning. Cook 4-5 minutes. – Now add the spinach, tomato and bacon to the skillet. Stir to combine. – Pour eggs (whisked together with a little milk) over everything. Add more #FlavorGod seasoning now if desired.
