LOW BACK PAIN❓
One of the most common injuries associated in our society today
This injury can be caused by many things such as standing with bad posture, sitting for a long duration of time, unaligned hips, picking up a very light or heavy object from the ground while having mechanical issues or just simply being hit with an extraordinary amount of force.
All being said, no matter what the cause is, rest & ice for a week straight is recommended before any rehabilitation is done (while keeping your lumbar neutral)
Once your week of icing and resting is done, here are a couple of Mobility techniques you may apply to relieve most of that stress before getting your day started or before your daily workout..
1️⃣2min Back Flow
2️⃣Pelvic Reset
3️⃣Banded Pigeon
4️⃣Banded Couch
5️⃣Psoas / Iliacus Smash w/ KB & Ball
6️⃣Oblique Side Smash
7️⃣ Erector Side Smash
