Minimal equipment leggy workout for ya’ll coming right up ⭐️ I’m not training religiously whilst we are on our Cali road trip but our gorgeous Santa Barbara hotel @montecitoinn had a gr8 gym so we got a coupla workouts in – here’s a few clips from my legs session and it went as follows:
Glute activation w/ my good old sling shot, 15 unweighted squats & 15 glute bridges {not filmed}
Stiff leg deadlifts 10-12 x 3
Walking lunges 10 each leg x 3
Banded goblet squats 10 x 3 {apologies for my form here… I’ve got a bit of a butt wink at the moment when I squat, need to work on dis}
Cable pull throughs 15 x 3 ss w/ Banded abductors AMRAP x 3 {not filmed!}
