“Natalie, what do you eat for a typical meal?” I get asked this ALL THE TIME and it’s a huge honor to share various meals with all of you, teaching this amazing lifestyle! Tonight was VEGGIEFEST. Set to techno. Cauliflower, carrots, celery, and radishes with a creamy dip also made with cauliflower! You can blend up raw cauliflower with a little hemp seed and spices of your choosing. I also threw in one radish for heat and a little nutritional yeast for fun. SO delicious, fast, and FILLING. ❤️ You know, I once sat in front of a speaker “guru” who tried arguing that raw vegetables aren’t healthy but bread and pasta should pretty much be eaten with abandon. LAWD. That horrid, dated advice has been around for years and I once bought into it. It led me to severe weight gain, lethargy, and failing as a vegan for YEARS. Please eat them veggies, folks. I’m STILL losing weight and getting fitter with every passing year because I eat plenty of raw veggies! They’re so key.
