Oh Kayla I missed you! I Finally dragged myself to the gym

Oh Kayla I missed you! I Finally dragged myself to the gym and started BBG 2.0 after a month or two (ok it was 3) of holidays and lazying around. Also my work shift was too long, now starting work at 11am I can go back to my morning workouts and feels so good! I have done Arms and I could barely wash my hair – Made a frozen banana, dates and cinnamon smoothie to cool down and yoghurt with my homemade chocolate granola, raspberries and homemade cookie dough Now off to work recipe.
