Overnight coffee oats topped with chocolate smoothie by @thefitfabfoodie
To make the overnight oats
4 tablespoons of oats
1 teaspoon of coffee dissolved in 1/4 cup of hot water
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 teaspoon maca powder
200ml of plant based milk
Mix all your ingredients well and refrigerate overnight. In the morning blend until smooth and creamy
To make the chocolate smoothie
2 frozen banana
1 scoop of plant protein (optional)
1 heaped tablespoon cacao powder
1/2 cup of plant based milk
Blend everything together until creamy.
Layer up your overnight oats and milkshake topping with granola, and chocolate sauce. Enjoy! #letscookvegan
