Photo gallery: Singaporean photographer Pearl Gan travelled to Cambodia, Indonesia and the Thai–Myanmar border. She captured the human faces of malaria in the remote communities where government health-care amenities are scattered and services are stretched. Photos from this project can be seen at the National Library of Singapore between September 2nd and 29th 2017. Credit: Pearl Gan in association with Professor J. Kevin Baird and Eijkman Oxford Clinical Research Unit, Jakarta. This project is funded by a PE award to Oxford University Clinical Research Unit, Vietnam #worldmalariaday
