Ranch Cheese Ball
This dish is definitely for a hearty chips fanatic as it has cream, cheese, salami, pecans, and my Ranch seasoning for a savory and bold appetizer ‼️
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp FlavorGod Ranch
50 g shredded cheddar cheese
60 g low sodium dry Italian salami, cut into small cubes
1/2 c pecans, roughly chopped
Mix cream cheese, ranch, cheddar cheese, and salami well.
Place saran wrap on a flat surface and spoon the mixture into the center of the plastic.
Bring edges up and shape the cheese into a ball
Place it in the fridge for an hour.
Once it is slightly more firm, pack the pecans around the surface of the cheese ball.
Serve with crackers.
