red millet porridge with pear and cranberries: Blend 1/2c water, 1 handful nuts, 2 medjool dates, 1/4tsp each cinnamon and cardamom, 1/2tsp vanilla. Combine blended ingredients, 3T millet flour and 1/2c water in saucepan. Cook at medium heat for 5-10 min. stirring regularly. Cover and remove from heat for several minutes (cream of wheat texture). Serve with fruit: Combine 1 handful of cranberries, 1 chopped asian pear, 2 chopped dates and juice of 1 orange in saucepan. Warm and stir at medium heat until cranberries pop. #vegan
