Ridiculous things I thought when I started this journey…..

✅Workout 2 hours a day to get results.
✅Eat less to get results.
✅Do more Cardio to get lean & build muscle.
✅Skip carbs.
✅Never have a rest day.
✅Skip reading personal development…I don’t need self help, just results!.

Man was I stupid….
But knowledge is POWER IF YOU IMPLEMENT IT! I’m always learning….making sure I’m ALWAYS teachable! Here’s what I know now and I can’t wait to grow some more…..

✅Workout 45 minutes a day…working smarter NOT Harder.
✅Eat more to get results, but the right foods to fuel my Body. Feed it like a Ferrari NOT a Ford Pinto .
✅I lift more weights now to get lean and build muscle with programs laid out for me.
✅Rest days are just as important as workout days if not more….I crave them now….I earned it cause I LOVE my body…not because I hate it.
✅Carbs…are now my best friend. But knowing what carbs to eat had been a game changer & when. Remember knowledge is POWER!.
✅Reading a book or listening to personal development is the FIRST thing I do every day. Today I’ve already listened to @lewishowes and @garyvee I now know that if I truly want to help myself I have to take care of my mind. The physical results will follow. My mind is the golden ticket to freedom & self love. I stopped looking for my motivation in abs but in the mind. It’s allowed me to help my team better and be re best leader I can be. I STILL have a lot to learn, but one things for sure….I a stronger BadA$$ BOSS babe every day because I’m eager to learn. 41 has never felt so good…..
