Roasted Butternut Squash & Sage Risotto with smoked garlic… Oh yes, this was so tasty and comforting… The risotto has puréed roast squash stirred into it as well as chunks on top along with crispy fried sage leaves! So good. I’m holding onto the recipe for now, sorry folks. I would however love to enter this into the #squash_challenge comp being held by the talented @foodbymaria & @lucy_and_lentils and the reason I love to use seasonal produce is because it supports local farmers and can be bought so fresh. And it’s much easier to know what you’re buying if you get produce from a farm shop as opposed to being imported from all over the world.
